A standard range of dry back filter spraybooths are offered in our catalogue or can be purpose made to suit individual requirements.
 Cyclones
Cyclones are generally only used on sawmill and green softwood chip extraction systems. Where fine wood dust is expected, cyclones should not be installed, instead suitable filter equipment must be selected to avoid dust escaping into the atmosphere.
A high pressure cyclone is more efficient than a medium pressure cyclone, however the former is greater in height for a given throughput.
Each type is manufactured from best quality galvanised sheet steel and despatched to site in flanged sections.
High efficiency cyclones can be used for handling fine dust only when used in conjunction with a closed loop pneumatic conveying system and rotary valve.

Control Gear
Electric motor starters for direct on line and star delta starting are held in stock.
Control panels of every size can be designed and supplied by us to operate a dust control system. For example, these will typically comprising of an extract fan, filter cleaning motor, rotary valve and possibly a closed loop transfer fan. Timers, relays, fuses and isolators can be included for sequential operation.
